Start und Ziel befinden sich vor dem "Laufzentrum Rheine". Von dort aus wird eine Wendepunktstrecke entlang der Ems gelaufen, welche mehrmals durchlaufen wird. Die Strecke ist teilweise asphaltiert und folgt größtenteils einem Wanderweg. |
